Cancer early diagnosis analyzer is based on terahertz technology and microfluidic chip. Itcan be divided into two parts: (1) microfluidic chip, a biological signal sensor, is composed of many units including sample preparation, reaction, separation and detection section. Its role is to separate and capture the biomacromolecule such as proteome or nucleic acid from the body fluids of cancer patients, and then enhance the biochemical signal followed by optical or electrical detection. 

(2) Signal detector, including terahertz radiation sources and detectors, are used to detect the terahertz fingerprints of proteome or nucleic acid from the body fluids of cancer patients. Its effect is to study the structure and conformation change of the biomacromolecule and  establish a databasefor them, and then provide data and theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of cancer.
